We are operating this accommodation legally in Tokyo, which means we need to ask all our guests for their personal information to make a guest list and for filing the documents.

There is a law in Japan which requires the following information for all guests;

- full last name and first name
- home address
- phone number
- date of birth
- nationality
- passport number
- occupation/work/job
- passport copy

After 3 years, all information will be shredded. And the collected information will be used only for creating the guest lists and will not be used for other purposes.

If you want to stay at our accommodation, we will ask all guests to provide your personal information.

Please check if it is fine with you. If you feel uncomfortable, we may have to decline your booking request.
